For women looking for seduction and sophistication, Giorgio Armani expands its fragrant wardrobe with Armani Code Le Parfum. Presented in an elegant bottle sealed with a fine cord, the bottle reveals a come-hither oriental nectar dominated by orange blossom. ½-oz. bottle, price seen: 125 euros.
Good news for Opium (by YSL) addicts
This winter, Saint Laurent fragrances is betting on their best-selling Opium, with several new items that will thrill fans of this unusual spicy-oriental. With Opium Elixir Voluptueux, the house proposes a unique fragrance gesture; the elixir comes in the shape of a scented gel. Although the texture is pleasantly melting, the trail is nevertheless long-lasting (the elixir contains 5% of fragrance concentrate). For collectors, the house also proposes a limited edition of the eau de parfum, christened Opium Collector 2008: the bottle is the classic Opium shape, but part of it has been coated with red lacquer. And last but not least, Saint Laurent has installed an ‘Opium Fountain’, in a network of 250 perfume stores to allow customers to refill the spray bottle directly at the point of sale… An idea that had already been successfully tested by Mugler for their perfumes.
